BCA Green Mark

Overseas BCA Green Mark consists of the Green Mark International (GM International), a leading green building rating system, and other Green Mark schemes that cater to the greening and sustainability enhancement of Data Centres, Districts, and workplace / offices.

As of 2023, BCAI has conducted overseas Green Mark projects in 18 countries and across 82 cities. We have been working with leading developers to realise their sustainability targets and ambitions, with increasing focus on Green Mark Super Low Energy buildings so as to help our overseas clients achieve their Net Zero commitments and improve shareholders value.

The GM International is a leading green building rating system designed for tropical and sub-tropical regions that recognizes and certifies overseas building projects using the Green Mark framework. With a strong emphasis on energy efficiency, whole life carbon, health and wellbeing, resilience, intelligence, and maintainability, GM International is designed to evaluate a building’s environmental impact and performance, and it provides a comprehensive framework for assessing the overall environmental performance of new and existing buildings to promote sustainable design, and best practices in construction and operations in buildings.

SLEB Smart Hub is a one stop digital platform for BCA Green Mark-certified green buildings in Singapore and the region, feature-filled with smart energy assessment tools for green building certification and green loan application, datasets, marketplace and also the largest green building database in Singapore.

With SLEB Smart Hub, building owners are empowered to gain insights into their building energy performance for greater environmental sustainability. The database illustrating samples of past projects certified with Green Mark both in Singapore and overseas serves as a useful reference for our interested overseas partners.
