The International Built Environment Week (IBEW) is spearheaded by BCA International Pte Ltd, in partnership with RX Singapore. Widely regarded as Asia Pacific’s most comprehensive event on the built environment, IBEW is the ideal platform for the global built environment community to come together and share knowledge, discover innovative technologies, exchange valuable experiences and explore business opportunities.
IBEW 2024 was held on 4 to 6 September 2024, at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre. The IBEW 2024 event themed “Solving for Tomorrow, Today.”, was curated to urge the built environment sector to seek solutions and commence their transformation journey, to embrace technology, innovation and sustainability, in relation to the built environment Industry Transformation Map’s key transformation areas.
The IBEW 2024 mega event comprised of: a 3-day Conference, the 3-day BEX Asia tradeshow, and a plethora of other IBEW events like the inaugural ConTech Summit / Exchange, CEOs In Conversation, Learning Journeys, BCA Awards, Student Programmes (Fireside Chat, Career Connections), Networking Events, and Partner Events, etc. The Conference managed to draw distinguished speakers coming from 18 other cities / regions, total speakers and panellists count above 100, across many built environment domain areas. The 3-day BEX Asia tradeshow showcased 257 exhibiting brands, via 193 participating companies, within an activity packed exhibition space of close to 9,000 square metres.
IBEW will continue to contribute to the built environment community by:

- Create a tech marketplace: Connect Built Environment innovations to prospective users and financiers and grow the start-up ecosystem.
- Inspire talents to join the Built Environment sector: Profile the significance and attractiveness of Built Environment jobs.
